back pain

Tell me what your back pain feels like. Is it all over? One spot?  Lower? Upper?

 I just have one small spot - right under my bra strap, to the right of my spine. It's just the one spot, so I guess I should be grateful, but after I've been sitting for a while, it KILLS! The chiropractor told me that I have a rib out of place, but I only go to him every three weeks or so. I could go more often, but I feel bad taking too much time away from work. I switched chairs at work and that helps a little, but not completely.

 All in all it's not so bad I guess. Just annoying.

    By the end of the day my lower back is killing me. It gets stiff, which makes it hard to stand up, and is just constantly achy. :(

    My tail bone area is constantly killing me!!!!  If i change positions I get relief.. for a bit... it's awful!

    Stiff and achy and all around annoying. I don't think my back pain would really bother me if it wasn't for the fact that it was constant.

    I have what you are describing. One spot to the right of my spine and the longer I sit the more it KILLS. It is so painful (like right now) that I just want to cry.

    I also get lower back pain occassionally
