At least for the rest of this week. I haven't had too many problems with swelling, but whenever it's hot my fingers blow up like sausages. Had to retire the wedding rings this morning, atleast until this heat wave passes.

oh no. I remember when I got to that point in my preg that I could no longer wear my rings. It was sad.

I hope they fit when it cools off.

I too had to take mine off last night. Usually I can spin it around and it's fairly loose, but with this heat, it's little sausages for me too!

As soon as this heat wave passes I'll put them back on! (Hopefully this will be soon...)

Guess I should have given a warning Fortunately DH has been sooooo good about taking care of me in this heat, so I think I'll keep him for awhile

I haven't been able to wear mine for a couple months. I tried to put them yesterday - no luck. Hopefully soon. I miss them.

If and when my fingers get to that point I WILL be heading to Nordy's to pick up one of their cheapo but real looking rings in a larger size to sport for the duration of my pregnancy. For a plethora of reasons, i can't bear the thought of not wearing a wedding ring. That might be an option for those whose fingers feel nakey without it ;-)

I'm totally thinking of hitting up Walmart for a super gaudy fake ring for the duration of my pregnancy I'm pretty sure my sausages are from heat though, so I think I'm going to wait it out and see if they go down once it cools off. I hate being sans ring too, especially being pregnant. You never know what the nutties might say when they notice a lack of wedding band!

I like the fake ring idea. I might have to do that too. I haven't been able to wear mine since last friday. And the swelling is intense one the feet these last couple days. Thank goodness for my Dr and flip flops. He wrote me a note to take to work since we aren't allowed to wear open toes, so that way I can. I just can't put any other shoes on my feet right now.

Not wearing the ring is really sad though. I feel so naked without it.

I was able to wear my rings the whole pregnancy, however I barely ever wear them now because they scratch the baby =( Ill put them back on in 9 years when Im done having babies
