I just found this, and I wondered how you guys do it
"You can take your temperature orally or vaginally. It doesn?t matter which way you choose, as long as choose one and stick with it day to day. If you tend to sleep with your mouth open, taking your temperature vaginally may be better"

Re: Poll: How do to take your temp
Orally.
When I started charting, there were a few girls on BOTB that took their temps vaginally. They had tried orally but their temps were all over the place; they were better able to see the patterns when they tried it vaginally.

When you make a new post there is a spot next to the "compose" tab at the top that says "poll". Click on that tab, then click on the box to " Include a Poll in this Post". Then you write your poll question title...then description (optional)...then your answers at the bottom...click the add button to make them appear.
I thin you have to also include SOMETHING on the compose field or else it might not show up properly...i do a space or a . or something. Then POST.
Orally. If my temps were crazy all over the place or my mouth was open all night I'd consider the alternative but typically I grab the thermometer out of my basket, shove it in my mouth and fall back asleep until it beeps. I hvae to do it so early because once in awhile I have to come into work early to cover for my boss, especially this time of year with her getting 6 weeks of vacation/year there's plenty of times I'm having to get up so early. Ugh.
