Not OB's, but I'm using the TriHealth Nurse Midwives this time around, they deliver at Good Sam and B North. As far as OB practices in Ohio, there's For Women, not sure where they deliver. I've heard mixed feedback on them.
FWIW, I wasn't comfortable seeing a male OB with my last pregnancy, but by the end, I didn't give a rip who saw what. They see a ton of women's parts every day , and frankly they were more gentle doing internals than the women in my former practice were anyway!
I went to the St. Luke Nurse Midwives, they deliver at St Luke East and West (now called St Elizabeth Ft Thomas and St E Florence). Not sure what their plans are for delivering at St E Edgewood now that the hospitals have merged.
I use Mt Auburn OB/GYN. They have offices at Christ, Mason, and Montgomery. I delivered at Christ and loved it. I will also deliver my second child there. There are three women in the practice and a couple men. I usually see Dr. Mabel Roberts. She is great!
I go to Mt Auburn OB/GYN. They have different locations, but I go to the one in Clifton, and delivered at Christ. I will with my second baby also. I see Dr. Roberts as well and she is wonderful. Dr. Fitzgerald delivered Ayden and he was amazing. Would love to have him deliver my others
I am going to third Mt Auburn OB GYN...there are some males in the practice but they are awesome! I go to Cirasole (female) as my Gyn dr but i loved the whole practice. Like Kristen said--I could have cared less with who saw what at the end especially during delivery-(believe me-I am one of the most modest people you will meet and all modesty goes out the window with delivery). Dr Wendel delivered Natalie and he was awesome. Also, FWIW-the majority of your pregnancy check up's don't involve vaginal checks until about 34-35 weeks. Good Luck!
I go to Cincy Hansel at Crescent Womens Group. They deliver at Bethesda North. I just switched there this year (my previous Gyn doesnt deliver anymore). I have had great experiences with them.... everyone in the practice is absolutely fantastic (yes they are all women too).... I have recommended them to a few girls on the nest and they love them too. Check them out
