Can this count for the siggy challenge?

I forgot that she wasn't supposed to wear a shirt...but we were going outside and I didn't want her to not have a shirt on! 

I also wanted her to match Miss Allison, and I can't repeat the pic now....

Can I have a ruling?

    There is already another kid with a shirt.  I'm cool...works for me.  The only thing I request is that the pic is actually in the siggy.
