Spit up smelling like vomit?

If it smells like vomit, is it?

EC usually spits up quite a bit but today its extra stinky.  I wouldn't say there is more spit up then usual.  I'm wondering if it has something to do with her shots.

    I don't know helpful this will be, but when Lilly was sick for 2 weeks with a stomach virus her vomit definitely smelled like vomit.  I don't really mind the smell of spit up (smells just like formula to me!) but the other stuff was awful!

    I would say it might have to do with the shots.. We have some days where her spit up is smellier than others too.. Also.. I notice when the weather is hot I smell it more.
