Parenting after a Loss

Looking for toy recs for 12m-24m

I want to start researching toys so that I can compile a wish list for Gianna for her birthday and Christmas.  In my family, you have to be kind of specific.  So can you recommend some toys that will get DD through to her 2nd birthday.  TIA!

Blocks - building and knocking down towers is a blast! The alphabet ones also promote letter identification

Bowling - again, setting up and knocking down - fun!

Puzzles - the ones with the big handles and pictures under the pieces are good for this age

Baby dolls - she'll be reaching that "feed the baby" age soon

Play doh - squishing and rolling = good times

    Happy wish-listing!?

  • We don't have a lot of toys, so I guess I'll need to shop some more too, but one thing I got recently was a little wheely-bug, which looks like a ladybug. The wheels go in all directions and it's pretty low to the ground. Milo loves it.

He also still likes blocks, sorting toys, and musical toys. Not into the puzzles just yet. He also has a push-in-front toy he loves.

  • Here's the wheely bug I was mentioning in my previous post. I realized my description wasn't so great!
