As brooke mentioned below, there are bunch of us training right now.  We had that running club check-in months ago, but I stopped posting it because the interest seemed to die out.

So what are you all training for these days? 

And anyone interested in a motivation check-in once a week?

  • I'm training for a 1/2 marathon in the fall.  It'll be my first 1/2.  In fact, my first race longer than 5k.  Little nervous about it, but I guess I don't have too much to lose.

  • Yes, definitely interested!!   I'm training for a 10 miler on October 4th.  I'm up to about 4 miles right now, but I have a plan for the next 8 weeks.  I think a check in would be wonderful!

  • I'm starting with a 5k and than moving from there... I jog 1-2 miles twice-three times a week currently but want to bump it up soon.

  • I'm in.  I'm just training for a 5K, but could use the moral support!
