So Sad for DS right now...
well and me and DH!!
We have all been looking foward to this year because the league my little bro plays football allows kids born in 2003 to play. So DS would have been able to play this year. First we sign up and the guy says since he will only just be 6 at the end of the year and since he is only just 40lbs lets try him out to see if he is physically and emotionally ready. Ok I understand this even though he has been around this sport since he was born and loves to play and tackle the older boys. Now all of a sudden this year they have removed the 6 year olds all together. I just hope he doesn't ask about playing football this year cause I can't bear to see the sad look on his face like when he couldn't play T-ball cause we didn't have the money. Just wanted to vent thanks!!

That really sucks!
My son would be bummed if he couldn't play football....it's his favorite of the three sports!
