Infertility

No Update yet....:(

So, I posted below how my FET date might get moved up or back a few days. We're not sure yet. I have emailed my nurse 3 times since yesterday (yikes!) about different things concerning this, and I have not heard back. My RE did say that my nurse would be in touch with me "later on Monday," so I knew not to expect bright and early.

I don't want to continue to email with no avail, I don't want to bug her, but I also really don't want to call her....when is the breaking point? I know my next move is a phone call (I hate these types of calls). Do I wait until tomorrow morning? Do I wait to see if she answers before they turn their phones off (in 2 hours)? A lot of times she'll email after their phones are off.

Thoughts? I just need to figure out when I start my patches for this FET!

  • OMG! I hate when they don't get back to you. I say call just before the end of their day. You have so many plans waiting on this info. GL

  • that's so annoying that she still hasn't called you back! If she doesn't call soon, I would call right before they turn their phones off and if she doesn't answer, leave another message.

  • my vote is to call bright and early tomorrow morning if she doesn't email you back by the end of today. Remind her that you have other plans that you need to rearrange based on your FET date!!

I'm sorry this is so frustrating...hang in there...

  • Oh no.  I missed that post. I can't believe they are moving around your transfer day.  Boo.

O.K. it is annoying to call.  But you have to know when to start taking your patches.  I would just call her.  This is driving you crazy and she might not email you until the end of the day.  And it sounds to me like you can't wait that long.

No!!!  You can't be delayed - it's not fair!!  I would call too - if you can come up with even a kind of practical reason to get an answer (like starting patches) then do it.  Booooooo to a change in schedule!!
