Parenting after a Loss
I am such a bad mommy...
I put DS down for a minute in his rocker after I nursed, so I could put my boob away... the rocker is next to my desk, which happens to be by the TV. I have it turned on because Dave Matthews is playing live on Palladia... and Gabriel is now completely enthralled with watching the concert. And... I am letting him. He's usually so fussy and unhappy in the afternoon, I am leaving him alone as long as he's content.
If it were anything other than music, I wouldn't, but I love Dave... music = culture, right?

It's music. It's good for them to hear.
it's not like you have him at a concert inhaling all the pot.
We're saving that for next summer!
