Easy recipe for when LO gets here

I tried this out and it's really easy and yummy.  I thought I'd pass it along.  I bet you could even cook and freeze the onion/italian sausage ahead of time.

 1/2 cup onion

12oz pasta

1 pound italian sausage

14oz pizza sauce

8oz tomato sauce

1/4 pound pepperoni

2 cups mozzarella cheese

Preheat over 350 Cook and drain pasta.  Place in glass baking dish. In skillet, cook sausage and brown onion In bowl, mix sauces, half of cheese, onion/sausage mix, and pepperoni.  Pour over pasta. Cover and bake 30 minutes Remove cover and top with remaining cheese. Bake 15 minutes uncovered

edit: Sorry for the lack of periods.  I c&p this from my email.

It's really good.  I usually slice some french bread, put butter and garlic salt on it, and stick it under the broiler for a few minutes.  I am making myself so hungry now!
