Birthing from Within
My doctor recommended this philosophy (www.birthingfromwithin.com) and way of preparation for a natural birth. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with it. If not, for those who are planning to go natural, or have done so in previous births, how did you prepare? We live in Hyde Park but are willing to travel within the city/suburbs for the classes. Recommendations please
