Going back to work

My sister had her second baby 2 months ago and is going back to work in a few weeks. I live about 5 hours away from her and I was thinking that I would like to do somethign to help make that first week or two back to work a little easier for her. I was thinking about getting a few meals delivered to her but as a stay at home mom my budget doesn't really allow for that.  I also don't think that me going out there with my very active 2 year old would be very helpful. Any other ideas??

    Food and cleaning would be the biggest help but another idea would be a picture frame w/ a photo of her LO's.  That won't help in a physical sense but it could help in a mental sense.  They only photo I have of my boys is the digital one I saved on my computer - I keep forgetting to put a picture frame together for my desk.  I am sure she will appreciate the gesture.
