How long can breast milk sit out after being heated?

I have read kellymom.com but I am still not sure...if I heat up a bottle and DS doesn't drink it all, can I leave it out and reuse it? Do I have to refridgerate it? Can I reheat it?

Also, if I thaw out BM from my freezer stash, how soon does it have to be used?

If I heat it and he doesn't use it I toss it. Also, you have to use thawed BM within 24 hours of when it is completely thawed.

I am not sure what you mean by reheat -- because you aren't supposed to but BM in the microwave.
