I worked on it all weekend, and here's what I came up with! Just a warning, it's 7.5 minutes long- which is awesome considering I edited it down from 15 minutes, lol. I think I'm probably the only one who wants to watch a 15 minute slideshow of Maddie.
For others that did slideshows, how did you show them? I think I'll probably just hook a laptop up to a tv.
Re: AW:Maddie's 1st year slideshow
So cute! I watched it all (and totally teared up....I'm in trouble when Holly's 1 yr rolls around! I'll be a total mess!)
You did a great job! And I was reminded--I totally had Maddie's sunglasses to give back to you on Saturday, but forgot. Sorry about that!
JENHUM!!! If my DH weren't sitting right here, I would be crying like a baby! I loved your video! And by the way, I would have watched the 15 minute version.
First of all, I can't believe Maddie is going to be 1. I remember last year all the "talk" about you going to the hospital on 8/08/08. Secondly, Maddie is such a cute little girl. Her pictures and videos are adorable. You have one sweet little girl.
Lastly, You know I love the fact your threw a Michael Buble song in there!
Baby J is here! Born on her mama's birthday.
11 pounds, 7 ounces and 23" long at birth!
My Bio
Great job! I loved it!
What website do you reccommend? I am doing a photo book to have guests write notes to AT etc but I also want a slideshow just as background.
Also where to find music...we dont have IPOD's....I know old school but Im not sure if there is any other way to get music on the computer these days. Any help or tips you an give would be great! Thanks!
I used Windows Movie Maker and it was so simple. Someone on the 6-12 board suggested it and I looked and realized it was already on my computer. I think if your Windows is updated, it should be installed.
I used DH's Ipod for her music, but then I had to transfer it to mp3's for the program to recognize it, so it may actually be easier to not go through Itunes. I'm not sure where you buy mp3's online, but I'm sure it's easy. GL! I had fun making it.
No problem, we haven't needed them anyway! You can bring them Tuesday night if you remember!
