  Are you allowed to take Tylenol?  If so, does the Tylenol have any affect on the headaches?  If not ... you should call the doc and tell them and they will probably want to see you.

  Are you on bed rest for pre-e or PIH or something similar?  Have you taken your BP recently or do you have acuff to ckech it at home?  I had a headache for 3 days before I finally took my BP, went to my doctor, and was admitted to the hospital for pre-e (which led to my daughter's premature birth).

  Please take care, try to relax, and call the doc if you are still not getting relief from the headache tonight/tomorrow morning.

  I just realized how early you are in the pregnancy, and pre-e is usually rare that early ... so my questions/advice may not be relevant to you.  I hope it is just a typical headache and will go away soon!

  I get headaches all the time. I find when I lay down too much - it causes headaches. I switch it up, lay on different sides and sometimes sit up with pillows behind my head and feet propped. It was wore at first, then I think your body slowly gets used to being horizontal at all times. Best of luck!!

  I get migraines, which unless you have a history of these are probably not them.  Your medication arsenal in the second trimester is usually pretty broad.  So talk to your doc about what he/she feel comfortable about trying for you.  In the meantime, soak in a bath if you're allowed-- that is always so nice.  Or use a little heat pack or ice pack on the worst pain spots.  No more than 15 minutes at a time or it'll get worse.  That usually does the trick for my tension headaches or backaches if I can't find a comfortable position.
