At what age did you start putting your child in a jogging stroller?

I've read several different opinions on this in magazines and books about this. Some people say wait until six months, some say four months, and still others insist it is fine once your child has good head control. Your thoughts?

    Katie is 8months and one day and I highly doubt she will EVER set her royal heiney in a jogging stroller. ;-)

    I haven't used mine enough to really even justify answering this question, but I think I would wait until he can sit up, or at least has really, really good head control.  I think sitting is a good milestone to look for before using the jogging stroller b/c it indicates a certain amount of core strength that would be helpful when a baby is getting jostled a little as you jog.  I think I got my jogging stroller when Nate was about 4 months old and we waited until he was 6ish months to use it.
