Trying to Get Pregnant

Please help with making smoothie...

So I have banannas, yogurt (strawberry vanillla flavor), milk, ice, and fat free Sherbet. Does this sound good to mix? I don't have any other fruit, except my fruit salad, but I want to save that. Oh and I have grapes, but don't think grapes are good for a smoothie. Any suggestions???

  • Sounds good to me! Just be adventerous and try it.

  • Do you have peanut butter?

I do 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and a handful of ice. Throw in a handful of spinach to make it a Green Monster.

    Yum.

Otherwise, I'd do banana, the yogurt, ice, and maybe some milk if it looks too thick.

  • i think it sounds great! (and i would save the grapes for another time)

    :)

When I make mine, I use yogurt, fruit, and maybe a little juice (like a splash). Having yogurt, milk, and Sherbet sounds like overkill, but it will probably still be good.

Yes... forgot about juice. I agree that milk and juice is overkill, for sure. The sherbet adds a nice smooth extra sweetness to it. Thanks.

  • use the sherbet and bannans... if you have organge juice, throw that in.... it will be delicious!  I agree... leave out the grapes!
  • Do you have any kind of crystal light drink mixes? Those are amazing in smoothies! The powder (only a little bit), milk , yogurt and ice usually do the trick. Also, tang is really good.
  • To make it super healthy- add flax seed, or other fiber or protein. blueberries (frozen) are cheap and great antioxidants.

  • Probably too late for your smoothie but this is what goes in mine.

    1/2 banana

mixed berries (bout a cup 1 1/2 cup)

    lite cool whip (adds lightness)

spoonful of orange concentrate (I need something orangey or it seems off)

    yogurt

    milk
