what's the verdict on shrimp? ?I've read that it's okay in moderation and fully cooked. ?The kind I want to eat is cooked with lime as part of ceviche. ?I have been craving it for days and there is some in the fridge right now. ?Should I eat it?
I have heard nothing bad about shrimp and I eat it all the time (had some tonight as a matter of fact). That being said, there isn't really anything other than raw fish and meat that I don't eat (ie: I eat lunchmeat and soft-serve icecream and the like).
I love ceviche! As long as it is cooked and deveined, it's one of those seafood items that you can eat without worrying too much about it. I think that rather than just cooking it in lime, you actually should cook it (or make it with shrimp that is already cooked). Enjoy!
