Does it sound like my supply has regulated?

I hardly feel engorged and leaky anymore, even when DS sleeps long stretches at night.  I don't feel full at all during the day.  DS is having wet diapers but gaining slowly...

I guess I will find out because I go back to work this week and have to pump, but is it normal not to feel very full?

    once my nina was bout 2mos the engorged feeling went away as well as feeling super full, but my breasts would be full of milk cuz i could pump 3oz on each breast and still feed her so i guess as with anything your body gets used to it i only leak when away from her too long

    Yes it does, like pp said around 2 months mine seemed to regulate. I went back to work part time and pumped twice a day. It didn't feel like there was anything in there but I could generally pump her 4 oz bottles at each session.
