Anyone doing Hypnobabies or Bradley?

I have 9 weeks to go and I want to try one of these. Hypnobabies I can do at home, but I don't know anyone who teaches Bradley in the NYC area....do you?

Also, if you have done either with a past pregnanct, please tell me if you recommend it or not.

    I just bought books about both methods in conjuction to a lamaze class. I was able to do natural child birth. The secret for me was my husband doing a hip massage move when the contractions were going on. The hypnobirth book was helpful to read when I was 7 cm to help focus on the journey. Good luck!
