We are quaratined! ::vent::

UGH! So we just got back from camp with the summer ministry team and all of us are sick with the exception of one of the girls on the team, six of us total. Then, we picked up their next advisor to drive the team to Spokane (DH, DD and I are staying for another week) and right after we all got back on the road, we got a call saying that one of the youth pastors that was at camp has a possible case of swine flu. SO --> we all had to go to the doctor since we all have the same symptoms (cough, fever, aches, general flu-like symptoms). Since DD is under 2 and I have asthma, we're considered high-risk. We weren't tested, but they're treating us like we have it so that we can avoid spreading it if possible. And now we're stuck at my parents house for 7 days and we had to send the team back to the college to be quarantined there. We're not supposed to be around kids, elderly or anyone sick. I'm annoyed. I was supposed to work this week to pay some extra bills, and I can't do that.

I guess I'm just more frustrated than anything. It really sucks... Guess I'll be nesting a lot this week!...vent over... here's a picture of us in our masks though... (ignore the fat roll... but I have lost 8 pounds!)

    why didn't they test you???  I'd be pissed that you're being quarantined without knowing for sure what you have. 

    ARe your parents there?  Is it ok to be exposing them?

    Sucky!  Who is quarantined you?  The gov?

    Anyways, I hope you all enjoy a speedy recovery!  As long as you are trapped in Spokane, I hope you enjoy the weather.  Do you guys have the energy to run through the sprinkler?
