Clomid and CBEFM question

this is my first time using the monitor (well second cycle)it says on the box that clomid might affect the results. DId it affect yours? I never got a peak or anything on my first cycle (took 50mg days 5-9) but I did not ovulate on that cycle, so that's normal and today I am on CD13 and I got 2 bars (=high fertility) which I have never gotten before. Could it be a mistake? WHat are your experiences with it?

    I used it with clomid and it worked just fine. It was always right in line with what my ultrasounds were saying. The only strange thing it might do is give you a few more high days than it would non-medicated because clomid raises your estrogen levels and that's one of the hormones it tracks.
