Help--orangish/brown spit-up??!!

My DS spits up often (due to reflux).  This morning he spit-up a bit of rusty orangish/light brownish spit up.  Anyone ever see this before???  I called my pedi office and had to leave a message with the answering service, so until I hear back, I thought I would ask all of you. 

I should mention that we just switched him from BM to formula due to some stomach/GI issues (which we never realy figured out) and he has been on Similac Sensitive for abotu 3 days (and had been doing well thus far).

    we had some of that too - for the longest time i couldn't figure out where it was coming from - for us it turned out that it was the iron/stomach acids and when it met the air and sat for a little bit it turned orangy brown bc of the iron.

    He doesn't do it anymore since we switched to enfamil AR and now to lactose free for other issues.

    but always best to have pedi check on it
