Just listed our house for sale!

Kind of exciting and scary all at the same time (yes, even for us Realtors). Due to the market, I have no idea if anything will happen but decided to list it and see what happens. Fingers crossed!

    My in laws sold their house in under 2 months and my DH's aunt and uncle sold their house in less than a week!  Hope you have the same luck!

    No idea of where we are going. Both DH and I are looking for jobs and are open to moving to DFW or Houston is we get an opportunity that warrants moving, but would like to stay in the Austin area. Just don't know right now.

    Thanks! I just took the pics myself today, I may spend the money on a professional shoot and VT, but we'll see. I had time to get it loaded in MLS today, so I just did it.

    I am not sure that you really need professional pics.  I thought it looked great as is!

    Thanks! Another of my friends said the same thing. MLS allows 25pics now! It was 12 when I listed your house.

    Ya, Aidan was 4mos old when we moved in here. And now he's on his way to 3yrs old and Addison is 8mos old!
