HELP! Baby & Mom Gift Ideas

I need help: I'm trying to look for something to send to my SIL and the new baby. Any ideas?? I'm thinking a budget of around $60 should be good. I already got her a charm (with her daughter's name and birthdate engraved on it) to add to the bracelet I got her while she was pregnant with my nephew. When she had him I sent her the charm bracelet, a charm (with his name and birth date on it), a big blanket from Things Remembered with his name personalized on it along with the tote bag with his monogram, a big Dr. Suess book that has most of the children's books he's written, a couple sleeper onsies for him and a few other things. But now I have no idea what to send for her and her new little girl. Suggestions??
