I hear about everyone trying to use it to increase their supply. Just curious why you are trying to increase. For extra BM storing or is baby not satiated? Or other.

I want to make sure that there is enough for her first, then whatever extra pumps out gets stored.

I also take Blessed Thistle in addition.

I take it because I want to build up stash and DD seemed like she wasn't getting enough.

Because I only make about 1/4 of what DS needs to thrive. It didn't work though.
