So many choices out there! how can you choose what's right for you? I'm a plus size mommy that would love to carry the baby. I have a bjorn that I used with DS1 but couldn't use it until he was a certain weight and honestly it wasn't very comfortable for my back.
What would you recommend? TIA!

I'm a huge wrap fan. Stretchy wraps (like the moby) are what most people like for the newborn stage. I prefer woven wraps since they are more supportive and can be used for back carries as well. Wraps are great because they fit all sizes and you don't have to worry about adjusting them.
Most mei tais (like the babyhawk) can be made with longer straps if you need the extra length (babyhawk has info on their website). I'm pretty sure soft structured carriers (like the ergo) can be adjusted but I don't know as much about those.
