Imagine you were Aladdin and found a Genie, and could have three wishes, what would they be?

(assuming you had good health, a good job(didnt have to worry about money) and a family to your heart's content)

I forgot to answer myself...oops.

1. A two week vacation each year traveling the globe

2. A chance to have up front seats at a few Olympic events

3. Travel back in time to witness some of history in person

Ok, so you just nixed my top three wishes. I wish I could be a SAHM but if $$ was not an issue, I'd already be one. Other than that I guess they would be:

1- To have a bigger house so my nieces and nephews (4) could live with me instead of my BIL who has turned into an idiot since my sister passed away.

2- That my parents would see a Dr. once in awhile before they are so sick they almost die. (And scare us half to death!)

3- That DD would stay as happy and secure as she seems to be right now.

1. a cool city house and a country house, and the ease to travel between them!

2. A month to travel around Europe to see all that i haven't. (which is quite a bit).

3. To be featured in a hi-end wedding magazine

1. that I could transplant our house to our new location- I love that house.

2. DH would find a job that he actually LIKES- regardless of pay at this point

3. That I had the kind of hair that looked perfect without effort!

Can I have a 4th? I would like the "Genie in a Bottle" song out of my head please!

a.) that we could buy an old, beautiful house on a few acres that we could flip and live in forever

b.) to be a size 4/6 again and never have to work out to keep it that way

c.) that all the animals (and children!) in the world would have loving homes

1. That DH could start the business of his dreams and be abundantly happy and successful.

2. If #1 happened then we would have as much vacation time as we wanted and would travel an obscene amount!

3. That all of our friends and family would come to know the Lord as their personal Savior. (A genie couldn't really make that happen, but it's one of my desires none the less.)

i guess if i already had all my kids and animals [all the extra ones that dh won't let me have] i would wish:

[1] we could start building our house sooner than we planned

[2] that all the children in the world would have families

[3] that there would be no homeless/ poor people or animals

that sounds like i'm 4 years old but it's true.

1- cure for cancer. I hate cancer with a passion.

2- to find the perfect "property." A nice chunk of property with it's own water source, good land for growing things (and families), room to roam, a big house for family...clean air and lots of sunshine. Far enough from the city it's not easy to get there but that we can if we feel like going to the zoo or seeing a show.

3- traveling back in time to see historical events in person would be AWESOME! Hubby and I LOVE history and we love to travel now and see historical sites, so I'm right on the same page as you lilmufish.
