CRAZY storms last night!

Anyone else have insane T-storms last night?  Our dogs were going nuts and it felt like it was right on top of us.  From about 11- 3am the dogs were barking, whining, pacing and basically freaking out.... and O slept through it all. 

He did so awesome last night- slept from 8:30 until about 3, fussed and fell asleep, woke up at 4 to eat and then slept until 6:30.  Woo-hoo!  Unfortunately, neither DH nor I slept because of the storm and dogs :(

    The storms were really loud! I woke up, but DHand DS slept through it all.

    They were so bad it woke up my DH and THAT is saying something- as he can sleep with the monitor 3 feet away and not wake up with Emily screaming at the top of her lungs (for LONG periods of time)

    Amazingly it didn't wake Emily up either! I get really worried during storms like that though, having her in a different room and being surrounded by trees.

    They were so loud! We sleep with 3 fans in our room for white noise, and it still woke us both up. I checked the monitor and Maddie was wiggling, but she never made any noise so I guess they didn't scare her.

    We had them in CLT last night too.  It woke me up around 12:15 and the dog was def sleeping up my butt!

    They woke me up too, but fortunately Liam slept through it.  Fortunately too our dog is not afraid of thunderstorms! :)

    Crazy is a perfect word for it - I can't remember a storm that loud in LONG time.  Our poor pets were going crazy too... DH and I were awake from like 215-345 tossing and turning and taking turns comforting our pets...

    hoping for a better night sleep for sure!

    YES, totally crazy!  I'm not one to wake up from storms, but I had woken up around 1AM b/c my toe had a cramp, and then Maddie woke up for a feeding.  Right after I put her down, they came thru.  She slept like a champ (maybe the Baby Crack machine drowned out the noise??) but I couldn't fall back asleep.  It was a pretty intense storm - DH got up and was checking to make sure our roof wasn't leaking b/c it sounded so loud!!
