hypothetical preg. ? inside

and Sara, Laura and Martha please don't mention this on fb?

Ok so say you thought you might be pregnant. But it is to early to test, by a couple days. ?Say you are also on some medication for your blood pressure and seizures that cannot be taken while pregnant. ?Would you stop the meds until you can test??

No we aren't trying. My Drs scared me into not trying for awhile. But if I am we would be over the moon excited. ??

    if it wouldn't be seriously detrimental to my own health, i would stop taking the meds until i could get into get a blood test on monday morning.

    No, I wouldn't stop anything at this point. I think you don't start "sharing" with the baby until 6 weeks. I was taking medication until I found out I was pg (8 weeks) and my drs weren't at all concerned.

    ok good this is what I needed to hear. This medicine is basically keeping me from having a stroke or a seizure. ?

    I'd call your doctor and ask to be switched to something ok to take while pregnant as soon as you get a BFP.

    i am on antiseizure meds too but for migraines. i wouldn't stop taking them until i talked with my doctors. however all of my doctors wanted me off all medication for three months prior to getting pg. i didn't start taking them again until i was 24 weeks along.i know that some meds for seizures are better to take than other while pg.

    I took one test ...not preg. ?But I am not due for my . for another week so I think it's too early to test right? ?Gosh last time I was 2 weeks late before I relaized it lol. ?

    I took a test when I would have been 4 weeks pg and it was negative (which is why I didn't take another until I was 8 weeks).
