Need opinion on girl name...

So throughout this whole pregnancy I have said that we are naming her Cali Marie... but now I don't know.

WDYT??? I need some opinions.

Cali, like Callie or Cali, like Kaylee?

What is your hesitation? ?I think a lot of people second guess their names when they get closer to their due date. ?Maybe you are just feeling a little of that.

I really like Callie, I do not like Kaylee, but a lot of people do.

I like Cali... I prefer it spelled Callie, but either way it's cute! Unique but easy to say and spell - can't go wrong.

I am not a huge fan of anything that ends in an "i" for a full name, it's ok if it is a NN... I would go Callie or Kallie Marie... I like it

I'd like it better if the spelling gave a clearer idea of the pronunciation. (Also like pp's said, it makes me think of California.) I like Callie a lot (with that spelling).

I'd go with a longer, more formal name, like Calista Marie, then call her Cali for short. I went through the same thing, but I think they need something more formal as an adult for resumes, grad schools apps, that kind of thing. ;-)

Cali is a stupid name - like California shortened. At least do Callie if you're set on that name.
