belly Bandit, Squeem, girdles, wraps. ..... Help!!!

I really want to buy a postpartum girdle/wrap/band thing but I am having trouble choosing a brand. ..on amazon the belly bandit does not get good reviews but I like the idea of it.  ...is anyone else looking at these?  Which one did you decide on?  Why?  I also found Squeem (great reviews, but not just for postpartum), bellefit, the Brooke Burke one, bru one. . ..I just don't want to waste my money . .

    I want to get one, but haven't yet. I don't know what to pick and would rather see it and not just order online then have to return if its wrong. Plus by then LO could be here. I will be interested to see the responses from other girls.

    If I'm being honest, I think the ones geared towards post-partum women are ridiculously overpriced. I got a hook-n-eye Flexee girdle type thing after I had DD, but couldn't fit in the thing for over a week, maybe two. Since I'd like to be able to use it 24 hours after delivering to get the most benefits, I got another Flexee that slips on, (should be more comfortable, too) in one size larger than the other one I have. When my stomach gets smaller, I can use the hook-n-eye one that I have. Still, both of them together cost less than one BellyBandit, etc.

    SO's company did packaging for Belly Bandit, so that's what I ended up with... can't turn down a good discount. :)

    I ordered and just received Underworks post delivery girdle belt from Amazon. It was about $20 and got good reviews. I wanted the belly bandit but couldn't bring myself to pay the price, especially since I'd read you often have to go down a size after a couple weeks. It sounds like they all do pretty much the same thing anyway .

    Remember that you will probably need to buy whatever you choose in two sizes if you intend to wear it for the full recommened amount of time and you will probably only use the first one for a week or two. For me, the Belly Bandit was too expensive to buy in two sizes. so I ended up buying this in two sizes:

     It got good reviews on amazon and two of them are cheaper than one Belly Bandit. I think all you need is something that does the compression job, I got mine in the mail the other day and it looks like it will do just fine. If not, or if I am too impatient to wear it, I am not out a ton of cash.

    I ordered the Original Belly Bandit 2 days ago. It's not expensive at all, so even if if doesn't do what it claims, I wont feel bad for spending the money.

    This is the same one I just ordered.  You can beat the price and the reviews were good.  The Belly Bandit and the Brooke Burke one are overpriced, but they are made out of cute fabric.  But honestly, nobody is going to see it anyway, so who cares???

    OKay, I think I will go with the underworks one and then splurge if I like it on the expensive one. ...if it is working!  Im going to order now!

    BRU has a postpartum wrap made by Medela for $19.99 it's the one i used with my DD and now I went and got another for DS because I loved it so much it really pulls you all together after all the trauma and you can actually see results from it in just days! Good Luck hope this helps!
