Hey ladies. DH is having the guys over tomorrow night for some poker. I want to whip up a few appetizers/snacks. I have a yummy buffalo chicken dip recipe that I plan to make. Im sure we'll also have some pretzels/chips/dip/etc. Any other finger food suggestions? TIA!

Also not sure what the same is but my friend made these up and we call them Trisciut treats:
Take refried beans, mix with some salsa, and spoon a little on a triscuit cracker. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top (I use a taco blend) and bake until cheese is melted.
Another is chicken bites:
Take raw chicken breasts and cut into 1-2 inch bites, take raw bacon, cut once lengthwise, and once widthwise. Take a strip of bacon, wrap around the chicken. After they are all set, you mix brown sugar with just a little chile powder, sprinkle on top and bake. They are a huuuuge hit.
1 pound of spicy jimmy dean breakfast sausage
1 can of rotel
1 block of velveeta cheese
Cook the sausage in a pan and drain the grease
add the cheese and the rotel to it
serve with either corn chips or tortilla chips it is SO GOOD!
::now i want some dip::
I agree. All of it sounds YUMMY!
Thanks ladies!

Personal Sliders
Brown a 1 lb. of ground beef and drain fat. Add 1 small container sour cream and 1 packet of onion soup/dip mix to meat and mix well. Cut Pillsbury dinner rolls so you have tops and bottoms. Smear meat mixture on bottom portion of rolls. Cover mixture with american cheese. Place roll tops back over cheese. Pop in over for the break time/temp. Just long enough to brown rolls and melt cheese. They are delish!!
We call them Aramadillo Eggs.
Get some jalapeno peppers cut in half (lengthwise) spoon out the seeds. Fill them with cream cheese and wrap bacon around them. Bake at 250 for an hour or until the jalapeno is soft all the way thru.
If you don't want them to be spicy after cutting the pepper in half and taking the seeds out, soak them in water for 3 hours or overnight.
