prenatal yoga - north raleigh / wake forest

I'm trying to find a local class (I live in Youngsville).  Rex offers one with their other prenatal classes but the locations (I believe Cary and Garner) seem too far away for me to drive just for yoga.  The new Rex wellness center in Wakefield doesn't offer prenatal yoga classes.  Anyone know of any?

    I know there is a yoga studio in "downtown" Wake Forest.  I think they offer prenatal yoga.  I haven't taken a class through them but definitely recommend prenatal yoga.  I enjoyed it when I was pg with Natalie -- now, I can't seem to find the time :(

    If you go to Healthymomsnc.com they have a list of classes. There is usually one in WF, I took one off of Falls of the Neuse by the Kohls/WakeMed.

    I mostly lurk - but wanted to thank you for that site. Looks like some good classes to take pre-baby and post-baby.
