My MIL called tonight which she never does, and I was telling her about Alex learning sign language at daycare and using it at home and she said, "well they are going to teach him how to say those words too, not just sign them...right?" No...they just sign it without saying the word at all...he is mute, they are mute, everyone is mute all day long....
