BGs from cottonbabies

I bought some BGs from cottonbabies a while back when they had them on clearance/sale/whatever. They were brand new, supposedly nothing wrong with them. Most of my stash is BGs and I've never had an issue with aplix until now. The tabs don't stick- My daycare had a blowout today because the aplix just came undone and we had a diaper full of sand today when the same thing happened. It's been happening a lot with this "lot" of diapers.

Daycare is still holding on the velcro only "rule", so I still need velcro pockets for her (and if she's going to do cloth, I'll abide by her rules)...

Just wondering if this is something fairly common that I'd been lucky enough to avoid until now. WWYD?

I have bg os organic aios with aplix, and have not had this problem. I purchased them used from Jenn, so they've been very well loved. Perhaps you should call cottonbabies?

I would have to say that this must be a common issue because the repair kit they offer is now back ordered. Sad

Well if you purchased them as seconds, then they might not be covered under the BG warranty. However, most seconds are in great condition (we have 6 of the pockets that are second) and should be functional. I don't know what they'll do though if they are seconds. I would just call and ask.

They weren't seconds... they were just on sale. Anyhow, I'll get on the phone later today

I may HATE the pockets but their CD rocks.
