  like a burning in your chest area.  Indigestion/acid reflux is like burping acid/fire balls...

  To me it always felt like acid was burning the bottom of my throat. Although some people feel it in their chest as well.

  Like acid burning in your esaphogus and throat and when you belch whatever you ate last continues to try to come up. It feels like your stomach is burning, hence the name

  For me, its constant burping (not loud--at least most of the times) that tastes nasty!!!!

  Hell in my throat sounds about right.  Since I woke up this morning it has been like this and keeps getting worse!  It really feels like my throat is burning.

  When I drink some water it helps for a few seconds but then comes back.

  I am glad I never had it before but  now that I do - what do I do to make it better? Anything?

  Like nothing you ever want to experience. It feels like a you threw up in your mouth - but it is mainly stomach acid and it hurts your throat.  It is truly gross. When I get it - I usually end up throwing up... Yuck!
