They were probably out back cooking meth, therefore couldn't hear there baby crying, or didn't care that rats were eating it's toes off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

gah, and the baby's mother is a kid herself. that's really sad.
It's sick that there were people home who didn't care.
Thank God someone tipped them off! Imagine how that child would have suffered more without that person calling the authorities.

People like that are....obviously not mature enough to take the responsibility of caring for a child....and can't provide a clean/pest free environment to raise said child!! I say that baby should not be allowed to stay in that home!!!!!!
