Anyone else feel like they have someone sitting on their chest? I just sit here (granted it's a bit stuffy) and I feel short of breath and my heart is pounding in my chest I can feel it in my throat! I just tried to walk around outside but it is so muggy it is worse out there! And don't even get me started on going up the stairs in my office. Tell me how I can still teach a spinning class but I can't go up a flight of stairs without having to stop at the top?! And the best part is that its only gonna get worse!

    I am feeling the exact same way right now!  I am just sitting at my desk and I feel like I am suffocating or something.  Very very uncomfortable, to say the least.  It doesn't help matters either that I've got really bad indegestion right now and keep burping up my breakfast.
