NBR: Job Application question

I'm applying for jobs for DH and one of the questions on the application is "Reason for Leaving current job" He is looking to leave because of the commute, the work environment and his current job does not utilize his skills/degree. What would you put as an answer? Thanks for any suggestions, I'm not sure where to start!

    Is this going to be a career change?  If so, then I'd simply put "Considering career change" or something similar in the blank.  If not, I'd prob put "In need of a position that utilizes my skills and degree".  GL to your DH!

    "Looking for a new challenge" also works well - ambiguous but sounds good. And he can explain more once he gets in for an interview.
