  Our pedi said that cilantro is fine. We gave DS ground up rice with cilantro and lime and he loved it. (Chipotle style)

  Go for it!  So long as your baby LIKES it, it's just food.

  DD ate my blue cheese burger with me last night.  She couldn't get it in her mouth fast enough.  It just depends on their taste buds!

  I can't imagine why it wouldn't be ok.  There's some info on herbs and spices here - https://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/tipspices.htm - but it doesn't mention cilantro.

  I cook with it all the time and no problems yet.  I use fresh cilantro though.  It tastes so much better.
