I just saw these at Target... They're by the Bella Band company, right? I'd go check out Bella Band's website to see because I think they're very much the same thing.
From my SIL having one, I think it's supposed to show underneath like a cami.
I got my bella band from a friend who was pregnant last year and I didn't know how to wear it either! I've tried 2 different methods:
1. Put band on first. Put pants on and pull the band so half is inside your pants and half is out. Fold the top part of the band over the outside of your pants.
2. Put band on first. Put pants on and pull the band over your pants and fold it in half, entire band on the outside.
For me, #2 worked better. With #1, it was bunching up underneath my pants and it was hard to adjust. With some of my tops, it shows underneath, but I prefer it not to - I guess I'm not used to it yet. I mostly have been wearing long flowy tunic type tops anyway so it usually doesn't show.
Depending on the pants and shirt I'm wearing, I wear mine in one of two ways:
1) With my pants either entirely unzipped or zipped with just the button undone. I pull the BeBand enitrely over the zipper and buttons and pull it up over my tummy and up near my boobs, over the clothes.
2) Ditto above, but I put the BeBand on before I pull on my pants. Once my pants are on, I fold the BeBand down over the button and/or zipper of the pants. The bottom half stays inside my pants.
I don't usually intentionally have the BeBand sticking out from under my shirts, but I do generally match the BeBand to what I'm wearing in case it pops out when I bend over or reach above my head.
I wore mine where it showed beneath my shirt like a tank top...no one will really pay attention and wonder what it is...thats the only way it worked for me!
Putting the bottom half under the pants and folding the rest over is the best way for me. It kept bunching/ shifting when I did it the other way. FWIW, it's not cute when it bunches up and gives my spare tire that extra "lift"...
"Cool as Hell like e-mail, but still timeless like a letter."
My sister swears by this. She wore most of her prepregnancy pants with the help of this band up til she was 7 months pregnant.
Good Luck!
I just re-read the card that was inserted. Its broken down into 3 stages:
1. It says for Early and mid pregnancy: (1st & 2nd Tri) you can wear it over your growing belly, then as your belly gets bigger adn your pants more difficult to hold up, you can fold it over once, or twice for extra hold over unfastened pants. You can even wear it over maternity clothes that are slightly big at this point to flatten excess panel fabric and hold up your pants.
2. Mid & Late Pregnancy: (2nd & 3rd Tri) wear band over under the belly waistbands for extra hold as your belly grows and begins to push the under the belly styles ddown around your hips. Also go now for drawstring pants that slip to your hips.
3. Postpartum: Can be worn over and maternity waistband that is slowly becoming too big as you return to your pre-pregnancy size. Use for pre-pregnancy pants that you still cannot button.
Basically use anytime something does not fit so-so!

Wear it in whatever way is comfortable for you.
