DD is doing great in toddler bed, but....

she is waking up way too early in the morning and not going back to sleep.  She is now up at 6:30-7am, she gets up, walks to our room and I will try to get her to lay down for at least an hour longer, but sometimes that fails.  But when she sleeped in her bed as a crib, she used to wake up the same time, but go back to sleep with us for atleast an 1 hour, hour and a half.  Will this ever end???

    My DS is up every morning between 6:30-7:00. We tried putting him down later but, just like an alarm, he was up.  I think it is just a toddler thing we will have to work with. Sorry.

    Dd is up at 6-6:30 everyday. We used to be able to coax about and hour more of sleep out of her if she were in bed with us with a bottle. Now she drinks the bottle and pinches me, or hits dh with the bottle, or jumps on my going "mama!" leaning over and kissing me and brushing my hair out of my eyes, or sticking her fingers in my" nose, eyes, ears etc.

    no more extra sleep for anyone. :(?

    well, i def don't think its a 'toddler' thing - a bed thing, maybe. but sorry you are dealing with it
