I had my egg retrieval today...there were only 3 follicles and apparently they only got one egg. I'm trying very hard to focus on the positive. They don't give me the fertilization report until tomorrow, so I just keep repeating...it just takes one. Right? Arrrgh!!

Re: Egg Retrieval: Update
I have my fingers crossed and yes - it indeed only takes one!
I have seen women with 32+ eggs retrieved not get PG
and
I have seen women with one go on to have BFPs and beautiful babies!
It truly only takes one.
GL!
Yes, indeed it only takes one. I will pray that your one little embriee is a rock-star!
I just read a happy post where a girl had a natural IVF, had only one egg retrieved, and she just got her BFP!
Don't stop believing! You are still very much in the game. Sending positive fertilization and implantation energy!!
It only takes one...I'm praying that yours is one perfect egg. Good luck!
One is all you need!
Go, SuperFollie!
