  I agree that it's hard to use Sue as a middle name and not sound country, but if you're okay with the country/southern sound then there are a lot of names that could be cute with Sue...

  What does your last name sound like?  If it's short as well, I'd go with a longer, 3-syllable first name to balance.  I think Molly Sue was a good suggestion.  Or a first name that is very un-country to avoid the country sound, if that's not your thing.  Like Eleanore, Caitlin, Lauren....
