    Everything I've read considers 6 hours sleeping through the night.  It sounds wonderful, but I'm not there yet.

    I've read the same thing- 6 hour stretch= sleeping through the night.

    When Eve was going like 11:30 til 6-7, I considered that STTN.. That whole routine is shot now though.. She goes down at 10.. but has been waking up at least once a night now..

    I was told 5-hour stretches. However, I didn't really say he was sleeping through the night until he would go from 10pm-5am. Now he does 8:30-6:30.
