Does anyone watch this show???? I just watch and shake my head. I mean, I just would end up in the doctor had I not peed on a stick.
I feel like hell, and DON"T feel like ME at all. How can you NOT know. I didn't have ms or anyhing, but in general I just feel lousy.
Re: Tv- I didn't know I was pg
IRL, i know a woman who didn't know till she was 5 months pregnant. she is NOT a big girl. if i had to guess i'd say a pretty avergae size 10-12. and she was smoking and drinking up until she found out. scary.
i actually really disliked her upon meeting because she lit a cigarette right near dd when she was only 2 months old. and then i found out she had been pg at the same time.
My sister's friend didn't know she was pg until she was 5 months. She had a period every month, no m/s, or any other symptoms until 5 months when her clothes stopped fitting her and her stomach got bigger.
I guess it happens, but that show seems to show women who don't know until they are in labor.
I agree, though, I feel so different now. I'm having a serious BH contraction right now as I'm typing. So even if I didn't know I was pg, I would be going to the doctor or hospital for pain like this, and I'm sure they would figure it out pretty quickly.
How do you get a period when you are pregnant???
and to previous poster- the smoking near your DD is grounds for a serious throat punch. Wow.
I can't help but watch it ..... It's just strange to think you couldn't know but I guess it happens.
I sit there and yell at them, "To get off of the toilet or lay down" But they never listen, LOL.
A friend of mine didn't find out 'till 24 weeks. A friend of a friend didn't find out 'till she was in labor. Her boyfriend didn't know until the baby was born.
I can see how it's possible to go 20 wks without knowing. So far i've had NO SYMPTOMS at all, and i'm 14... if you generally have irregular periods, and have no other symptoms, how WOULD you know? But beyond 20 weeks, when babies start kicking, and mom starts showing... that's the part that baffles me!
