So I think the elastic is my problem....I need your help

Okay so I posted a few days ago about some BG OS leaking and thinking it was the inserts (which it still may be to some degree and I've ordered some new ones) but I think the elastic may be shot. Its not clingy. Granted, I've never owned new BG OS but I bought some "4 mo old" ones (not that I necessarily believe that either LOL) from a lady before and they worked perfectly. They were in GREAT condition when they came and she said she rarely grabbed for them.

This new set I got from Lady #2 said she used them for her daughter who is now out of dipes. I'm assuming used heavily.

Anyway, how do I know if the elastic is shot? Moreover, who can fix it for me?!

    Here's a tutorial on replacing bg elastic. It's a DIAPERSWAPPERS link. Let me know if that's a problem and I might be able to c&p it.

    I don't know how to know, but I know that Poonico Ten can do it.  She did my snap service on my BGs and has a really fast turnaround. 

    Also, have you tried moving them up to the next rise setting?  Obviously if you're already on the large setting that won't work.  Just an idea though.
